Your first and last name, email address, phone number, the city and country you live in today, your date of birth, family background (parents' names and ages, the number of siblings and their ages), the years you lived in the UK or Ireland, and any note or document you choose to attach.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to assess whether you are entitled to a one-off payment or refund from the UK or Irish government, and to contact you about your enquiry. We never sell your information and never use it for marketing.
How it is stored
Enquiries and documents are held in a private, access-controlled database and storage. They are not visible to other visitors, and only the service operator can view them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the details we hold, to correct them, or to delete them. To make a request, simply reply to any email you received from us.

This is an independent service. It is not connected to, operated by, or endorsed by the UK government, the Irish government or any of their agencies.
